As a Contracts Manager within the Energy sector you will be responsible for a portfolio of schemes across a number of clients, as well as managing live projects. You will also actively look to secure future opportunities to drive our growth into the Energy sector.

Our Contract Managers are great communicators, motivators & leaders, who have a wealth of technical knowledge, and have full ownership of the whole process from inception to handover.

The Role Of a Contracts Manager Includes
  • Instilling the company culture and driving consistency across a number of schemes for the organisation
  • Leading a team of site managers to ensure successful execution of the programme
  • Improving awareness, compliance and performance with company standards & processes
  • Facilitating the growth and development of the team
  • Overall responsibility for commercial, programme & quality delivery whilst ensuring client satisfaction
What You’ll Need
  • CSCS, SSSTS/ SMSTS
  • HNC / Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Understand civil &/or electrical engineering principles and practices
  • Knowledge of FIDIC
  • Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • A valid driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across your operational region
