Commercial Manager

We are partnering with a well-established and reputable SME contractor that is launching an exciting new regional division covering the Midlands and North. With a strong national presence and a growing pipeline of construction and refurbishment, our client is now seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to support this next phase of expansion. Role Requirements:

* Strong background in Façade refurbishment and decarbonisation

* Ability to lead commercial activity across multiple schemes

* Experience with cost control, subcontract procurement, CVRs and forecasting

* A proactive, confident individual comfortable working in a developing regional structure
