Site Manager​/Site supervisor

Are you an experienced Electrical site manager/site supervisor with DNO/ICP project management or supervisory experience, and are seeking your next step or new challenge?

We are currently looking for Site Managers and site supervisors to join our client’s team across the Midlands.

We are keen to speak with individuals that hold proven experience within the Electrical sector and are looking for an opportunity to be part of a large-scale utilities project.

• Proactive management and coordination of DNO project delivery, including design, procurement, pre-construction, construction, commissioning and close out activities.
• Site management experience of multiple concurrent projects.
• Ensuring projects remain in scope and to defined standards.
• Oversee the day-to-day project activities and project resources.
• Assist the project manager to report accurate costs for the scheme, and work to develop accurate monthly forecasts.
• Civils and street works knowledge.
• Ability to ensure correct standards of installation are achieved.
• Management of sub-contractors.
• Driving projects through to timely completion with a client-driven focus.
• Contribute to project monthly reporting.
• Coordinate with central project management function to ensure projects remain compliant with given standards.
• Excellent communication skills and good use of IT.

• This is an ongoing contract that is likely to last for several years.
