The Services and Support Operations organisation, within Parker Aerospace, is dedicated to providing Commercial and Military aftermarket services to the global market on behalf of our Aerospace Group Divisions. Position SummaryThe Aerospace BD Leader Aftermarket for the EMEA region will serve as the key point of leadership engagement and day-to-day alignment across the Finance, Pricing, Contracts, and Customer Experience (CX) functions, partnering with our MRO operational leadership, enabling fully effective collaboration and integration. Responsible for directing and generating aftermarket opportunities for all AAG Divisions, formulating and implementing successful market strategies that provide long term growth, leverage Parker’s capabilities, and develops new market segments and offerings.
The role will lead a Key Account team to increase market share and retain existing commercial aftermarket customers with sales in the EMEA region.
- Act as the focal point for coordination across SSO functional teams and partner closely with regional team members to drive a unified SSO strategy in EMEA, under a shared mission
- Strengthen the identity of the SSO organization within Ansty Park, enhance leadership across our EMEA regional team, deepen our customer relationships, and drive regional & UK growth
- Develop and execute the EMEA aftermarket business development strategy aligned with global priorities.
- Build actionable growth plans across priority countries/segments with clear targets, timelines, and accountability.
- Track performance and drive corrective actions to meet or exceed revenue, margin, and share goals.
- Identify high-potential markets, channels, and customer segments (e.g., service providers, distributors, end users, OEM-aligned channels).
- Lead the development of value propositions, go-to-market plans, and commercialisation for new offerings.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform pricing, positioning, and portfolio priorities.
- Expand and optimize distributor and partner networks across EMEA.
- Establish partner performance frameworks (KPIs, enablement, joint business plans).
- Support negotiation and development of strategic agreements, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Partner with Sales teams to win strategic deals and grow share of wallet with key accounts.
- Promote aftermarket solutions that improve customer uptime and total cost of ownership.
- Drive customer retention initiatives and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Operations to ensure competitive lead times, availability, and service readiness.
- Work with Marketing to build regional demand generation programs and targeted campaigns.
- Act as a trusted regional voice into global teams; bringing insights, priorities, and execution feedback.
- Proven track record in aftermarket business development, commercial strategy, or regional growth leadership
- Strong understanding of aftermarket dynamics: parts, service, installed base, lifecycle management, channel models, and pricing.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority across cultures and matrix organizations.
- Strong commercial acumen: forecasting, pipeline management, margin optimization, and business case development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus).
- Willingness to travel across EMEA as required.
