permanent, full Time  A respected, nationwide automotive retail group is seeking a driven Service Manager / Aftersales Manager to lead its aftersales operations at a busy Coventry dealership. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious leader with strong workshop and service management experience. What Were Looking For Previous experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Aftersales Manager Proven ability to deliver strong financial and operational results A results-driven leader who can motivate and develop high-performing teams Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and KPIs Passion for delivering outstanding customer service Automotive / motor trade experience is essential Why Join This Group?
