We are looking for a Supervisor to join our fantastic team.
In this role you will lead a team of Civil Enforcement Officers, carry out daily briefings, deal with escalated queries from colleagues and members of the public, and track KPIs. You will also carry out Civil Enforcement Officer duties such as patrolling public car parks and streets, advising members of the public, and issuing tickets to incorrectly parked vehicles. The Supervisor is the eyes and ears of the local community while supporting the team to continue essential work.
Note: For this role you must hold a Full UK Driving License.
What do you need to be a Supervisor?- Full UK Driving License
- Previous experience in a supervisory/management role
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Self‑motivated and customer‑focused
- Love of working outdoors
- Ability to work shifts
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Experience of working with Microsoft Office
- 36.25 hours per week
- Shifts between 10:00 and 18:00
