Warehouse Manager

Oversee comprehensive warehouse operations management in line with corporate strategy and operational objectives.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and System Construction: develop warehouse development strategies, process standards, and annual plans aligned with company objectives; establish a comprehensive warehouse management system, design layouts, and plan equipment allocation.

End‑to‑End Operations Management: oversee the complete workflow of inbound/outbound logistics, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment; monitor key metrics such as inventory turnover and accuracy, optimize task routing and resource allocation.

Cost Control and Efficiency Enhancement: analyze warehouse cost components, implement cost‑saving initiatives, streamline processes, integrate automation tools while tracking productivity metrics.

Team Leadership and Risk Mitigation: manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluations; optimize organizational structure; implement safety protocols, address incidents, and mitigate operational risks.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration and Service Excellence: partner with logistics, sales, and other departments to align supply chain resources, resolve bottlenecks, gather customer insights to refine service processes.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in warehouse operations and management.
Motivated and inspiring leader.
Clear communicator.
Mandarin speaker would be beneficial.
