Managing Director Life Sciences London (Hybrid) Salary: £160,000 - £190,000 Are you a senior consulting leader with a proven track record of driving growth within the Life Sciences sector? We're partnering with a leading global change and transformation consultancy to appoint a Managing Director to join its Life Sciences Leadership Team in London. This is a rare opportunity to shape the growth of a high-performing practice, build strategic relationships with leading pharmaceutical and Life Sciences organisations, and lead complex transformation programmes across R&D, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain and Commercial functions.

You'll be responsible for:
Driving business growth and developing strategic client relationships. Winning and expanding major consulting engagements. Leading large-scale transformation programmes across the Life Sciences sector. Managing high-performing consulting teams and mentoring future leaders. Developing account strategies that deliver long-term client value and commercial success. Representing the business as a thought leader within the Life Sciences industry. We're looking to speak with candidates who have:
Partner, Managing Director or Executive-level consulting experience. Deep expertise within the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences sector. A strong track record of winning and growing significant client accounts. Experience leading complex transformation programmes and senior client relationships. An established network within the Life Sciences industry.
