Construction Transformation Lead

Construction Transformation Lead:
Lead the transformation of our Commercial and Delivery business from strategy and inception through to Go‑Live and benefits realisation.

• Take overall accountability for delivering the transformation of the Commercial and Delivery business, ensuring projects are completed on time and cost benefits are realised - from discovery and design through to implementation and benefit realisation.
• Demonstrate commercial and construction expertise to identify new opportunities for transformation.
• Provide programme leadership to ensure the successful delivery of the Transformation portfolio, driving outcomes that align with business priorities.
• Oversee full end‑to‑end delivery of new transformation and change initiatives at programme level – from discovery and design through to implementation and benefit realisation.
• Act as an innovative thought leader, working with Strategy Leads and Business Leads across all directorates to drive transformational change and promote organisation‑wide collaboration.
• Build and maintain a high‑performing team through clear goal‑setting, regular feedback, and effective performance management.
• Quantify and clearly communicate technology programme benefits to senior leadership, securing buy‑in and shaping future investment decisions.

• Proven experience leading technology transformation programmes within the Engineering/Construction sector.
• Track record of building innovative solutions and delivering measurable success.
• Strong commercial and construction expertise.
• Leadership experience in a fast‑paced, startup‑like environment is advantageous.
• Strong character, positivity and a caring attitude.
