General Manager - Profit Centre Lead / Head of Sales, £75,000 basic Significant Guarantee | £130,000 package | Profit Share, Executive Company Car | Bupa | 6% Pension, Milton Keynes. As General Manager, you'll take full responsibility for turnover, margin, operating costs and long-term growth strategy. This is full P&L ownership of a £9m standalone profit centre within a £1bn group.

Operating within a decentralised, entrepreneurial structure, you will have genuine authority to:
Set and deliver growth strategy Own and drive the P&L Accelerate B2B sales performance Strengthen global supplier relationships Build and develop a high-performing team Optimise operations and governance This is leadership with teeth - autonomy, commercial freedom, and a direct link between performance and reward. What Success Looks Like Year-on-year growth in turnover and margin Delivery against forecast commitments Strong supplier partnerships Increased B2B market share Operational excellence (OTIF, stock, service) A driven, accountable leadership team About You You're commercially sharp and ownership-led.
