Client Relationship Manager, Account Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Darwin team s role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
The Account Management Team Lead manages, motivates, and collaborates with a team of Account Managers to meet and exceed firm objectives. The role promotes client satisfaction, retention, and growth in both the Account Managers they lead and the clients they serve. The Team Lead provides guidance to experienced individual contributors to achieve business results and ensures collaboration across the firm for comprehensive client solutions.
Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day and long-term performance of a group of Account Managers, including training, development, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Coordinate workload and client allocations for team members.
- Ensure all Account Managers have personal development plans and focus areas for performance improvement.
- Provide timely feedback and proactively manage team performance.
- Oversee quality of deliverables including client satisfaction, account planning, contract renewals, and quarterly business reviews.
- Manage escalations and problem resolution, identifying trends and driving process improvements.
- Support the team in meeting retention goals and identifying revenue growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with GBM, MMBM, and Marsh colleagues to drive client value and growth.
- Build internal and external relationships to ensure client satisfaction and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience managing and developing a team of Account Managers or client service professionals.
- Strong client relationship management skills with a focus on retention and growth.
- Ability to analyze client portfolios and identify business development opportunities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience in the Darwin business or similar service offerings.
- Proven track record of meeting commercial goals and driving profitable growth.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and functions.
