Boots Opticians is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team and deliver an exemplary customer journey across the store, working closely with the Store Manager to execute the commercial plan.
You will be involved in customer service, store operations, and clinical activities such as patient pre-screening and dispensing. You’ll manage rotas, conduct performance reviews, and participate in the industry-leading Step into Optics training to build your clinical knowledge.
