CBW Staffing Solutions in London Waterloo is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a high profile mixed-use development. You will oversee the delivery of building services, supervise a small team of engineers, and ensure both planned and reactive work are completed to the highest standards.
You’ll manage RAMS, permits to work, and CAFM records, liaise with clients and tenants, produce reports and track KPIs, and support the Contract Manager to drive continuous improvement.
