Bite Talent is seeking a General Manager for a brand-new flagship venue in Central London. The role leads the front of house team and guest experience, working closely with Head Chef and Head of Coffee to form the senior leadership group. It is a highly hands-on position on a dynamic, all-day destination.
You will manage a team of around 10, drive service standards, train staff, and nurture local partnerships while delivering exceptional guest experiences at both weekday and weekend services.
