NFP Europe, part of the Aon group, is seeking a Head of Compliance to lead our growing UK and Ireland compliance function. You will own the strategy, governance, and regulatory engagement across general insurance and wealth management activities.
You will build a high‑performing team, oversee risk assessments, training, and reporting to the Board, and represent the firm in FCA/CBI interactions, industry groups, and internal committees while ensuring customer outcomes remain at the forefront.
