Probus Recruitment Ltd is seeking a SHE Manager to lead safety, health and environmental performance across highways infrastructure. Based in Chester with regular travel to operational sites, you will guide a small team and influence leaders across operations.
You will need at least five years in SHE leadership, with highways or civil infrastructure experience preferred. Strong knowledge of ISO 14001/45001 and NHSS, plus NEBOSH/IOSH/IEMA credentials desirable. Hybrid working available.
