Dexter is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations at Ember Inns. You’ll lead a team to deliver excellent guest experience, mentoring individuals to reach their best and act as Duty Manager when GM is absent.
You’ll train staff, drive food, drink, and service standards, and help create WOW moments that keep guests coming back. A strong hospitality mindset and leadership are essential.
