The University of Warwick is seeking a strategic Head of Maintenance - Zonal Operations to lead the customer service delivery across campus zones, ensuring a consistent, high-quality Estates service. You will provide leadership of the customer interface, set service standards, and ensure maintenance requests are understood, prioritised, communicated, and resolved or escalated.
The role requires 24/7 on-call rota 1 in 4 (13 weeks per annum) and close collaboration with senior maintenance
