Pure Gym Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Gym Manager to lead a team of fitness professionals and help grow our membership base. This part-time role (20 hours/week) focuses on delivering exceptional member experiences, staff development, and strong service standards across the club.
You will work closely with the Gym Manager to recruit, train, and motivate staff, while overseeing group exercise offerings and community-focused activities to drive engagement and retention.
