Shift Engineer

Coventry 12-hour shifts (4on 4off 2days 2nights)

You fix things before they break. You know your way around an automated line and you ve got enough electrical or mechanical know-how to keep production running when others panic.

This isn t a desk job - you ll be out on the floor, getting hands-on with machines, tools, and a solid team who know their stuff. When something stops working, you ll get it going again. Safely. Properly. Without drama.

You ll need:

• An engineering qualification or time-served apprenticeship
• A couple of years in a fast-moving production environment
• A calm head and a practical brain
• A bit of computer literacy (Word, Excel, nothing wild)

FMCG Industry experience is a big plus. PLC, pneumatics, or hydraulics experience? Even better.

You ll be working with people who care about doing things right safely, efficiently, and with pride in what leaves the line.
