Maintenance Engineer

Overview

Shift Engineer – Coventry | 12-hour shifts (4on 4off 2days 2nights)

You fix things before they break. You know your way around an automated line and you ve got enough electrical or mechanical know-how to keep production running when others panic.

This isn t a desk job – you ll be out on the floor, getting hands-on with machines, tools, and a solid team who know their stuff. When something stops working, you ll get it going again. Safely. Properly. Without drama.

• An engineering qualification or time-served apprenticeship
• A couple of years in a fast-moving production environment
• A calm head and a practical brain
• A bit of computer literacy (Word, Excel, nothing wild)
• FMCG Industry experience is a big plus. PLC, pneumatics, or hydraulics experience? Even better.

You ll be working with people who care about doing things right — safely, efficiently, and with pride in what leaves the line.
