Maintenance Engineer

Position: Maintenance Engineer (Permanent)
Shift Engineer

Coventry | 12-hour shifts (4on 4off 2days 2nights)

You fix things before they break. You know your way around an automated line and you’ve got enough electrical or mechanical know-how to keep production running when others panic.

This isn’t a desk job - you’ll be out on the floor, getting hands-on with machines, tools, and a solid team who know their stuff. When something stops working, you’ll get it going again. Safely. Properly. Without drama.

You’ll need:

An engineering qualification or time-served apprenticeship
A couple of years in a fast-moving production environment
A calm head and a practical brain
A bit of computer literacy (Word, Excel, nothing wild)
FMCG Industry experience is a big plus. PLC, pneumatics, or hydraulics experience? Even better.

You’ll be working with people who care about doing things right — safely, efficiently, and with pride in what leaves the line.
