Production Supervisor

Our manufacturing client are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join their growing team. This is a key leadership role overseeing production operations and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. You will manage a team of 3040 staff, including 3 Team Leaders, ensuring quality standards and operational efficiency are met. We need someone who can take ownership of day-to-day production activities and drive performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate closely with QA teams to maintain high-quality standards. Lead and motivate production teams, ensuring smooth workflow and problem-solving on the shop floor. Oversee electronics assembly processes, including circuit board building, soldering, and line operations. Implement and support Continuous Improvement (CI) and Lean initiatives. Manage production schedules and resources effectively. Requirements: 5years experience in similar or adjacent roles within electronics manufacturing.

Strong team leadership and supervisory experience. Technical knowledge of electronics assembly (circuit boards, soldering, testing). Background in test or process engineering is highly desirable. Excellent people skills and ability to manage large teams. CI/Lean experience would be a strong advantage.
