Factory Operative

Overview

the factory operative role is working in a very busy family owned and operated metal finishing factory specializing in powder coating and shot blasting. the ideal candidate will have come from a factory, production, hands on stable employment background and like to be part of a busy and dedicated team.
Experience Although Preferred Is Not Essential.

• work in a busy metal finishing factory environment as part of a dedicated team
• participate in powder coating and shot blasting processes
• learn through training provided; contribute to a safe, clean, and well organized factory floor
• adopt a proactive, detail‑oriented approach to tasks and quality control

• experience preferred but not essential
• enthusiastic with a keen eye for detail and the ability to impact the team positively
• willingness to undertake training for a permanent position after an initial temporary contract

• full time employment, day shift
• permanent position available after initial contract
• good rate of pay
• clean and well organized factory, secure on site parking
• 3 breaks per day, 28 days holiday per annum
• NEST pension
