Powder Coater

Overview

We are a successful family-owned metal finishing company with a reputation for quality. We are looking for an individual to work with our team of powder coaters. Training will be provided; prior experience helps, but a candidate looking to learn a new skill is welcome.

The successful applicant must have a keen eye for quality, a positive attitude, and understand this is a manual, hands-on job. The company offers a clean and well-organized factory, a good rate of pay, and day shift only, full-time employment. After an initial contract, a permanent position is available.

• Work with the team of powder coaters in a manual, hands-on production environment.
• Follow training and instruction provided to perform tasks to quality standards.
• Maintain a focus on quality and safety in daily operations.
• Contribute to a clean and organized work area and factory environment.

• Industrial production background with a solid work history is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Keen eye for quality and a positive attitude.

• Day shift only, full-time employment.
• After the initial contract, a permanent position may be available.
• Three breaks per day.
• NEST pension.
