Cnc Technician

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting out Turn Mill cell in daily prooduction demands.

Key Responsibilities are as below:

• Program CNC mill-turn machines using Fusion 360 with a strong understanding of milling and turning strategies.
• Set up tools, offsets, and work coordinates, ensuring machines are fully prepared for production runs.
• Machine a variety of complex components, including those made from exotic materials, with precision and efficiency.
• Interpret and work from intricate engineering drawings and specifications.
• Apply inspection and measurement techniques to ensure parts meet strict tolerance requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to enhance processes and support ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Operate and program mill-turn machines, with a focus on efficient and accurate production.
• (Desirable) Program using Mazatrol on Mazak Integrex machines.

• Proficient in Fusion 360 for both milling and turning operations.
• Strong practical knowledge of machine setup and preparation.
• Extensive background working with exotic materials.
• Confident in reading complex technical drawings.
• High attention to detail and a drive for process optimization.
• Thrives in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Team-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience with Mazak Integrex and Mazatrol programming is a plus.
