Hours: 18:00pm – 04:30am Mon – Thurs + Overtime (40 hours)

As Night Shift Production Manager, you will lead and empower our night production team, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality manufacturing output. You’ll be accountable for performance, planning and continuous improvement across CNC and non-CNC processes.

• Lead night shift production to meet delivery and quality targets
• Coach, mentor and develop supervisors and operators
• Oversee production schedules, performance metrics and efficiency improvements
• Apply systematic problem solving (OEE, IRN, root cause analysis)
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols
• Champion continuous improvement with ideas, tools and team ownership

• Proven experience managing production teams in a precision/manufacturing environment (CNC machining)
• Strong leadership skills with performance management experience
