Sewing Operatives

We are currently working with a well-established manufacturing business based in Exhall , combining modern technology with traditional handcrafted skills. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit skilled Sewing Operatives to support ongoing production requirements. The role involves working within a lean manufacturing environment using industrial and CNC sewing equipment to support higher-volume production.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating industrial sewing machinery to a high standard Producing quality components in line with specifications Working to productivity and quality targets Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Pay Rates: £12.21 per hour starting rate Increasing to £12.66 per hour following successful progression Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday
