Manufacturing Team Leader

Are you an experienced Manufacturing Team Leader, Supervisor or lead from Automotive, Aerospace or Defence. This opportunity is to join a forward-thinking organisation as a Team Leader in a dynamic and rewarding environment. With a focus on leading a team, production output and Quality, this company offers a unique chance to lead a team of skilled production operators within a manufacturing environment consisting of a number of processes including Assembly.

A salary range of 32 - 36k per annum along with a competitive benefits package, including discretionary bonuses, holiday purchase scheme, this role provides a platform for professional growth and development. The business operate a variety of working hours including Days and a 3 shift rotational pattern.

What You Will Do:

- Lead and motivate a team of production operators to deliver daily targets efficiently and effectively.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise production processes and team performance.

- Oversee a number of processes including Assembly and Product build.

- Ensure the highest standards of quality assurance and operational excellence are consistently met.

-- Maintain a safe and compliant working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

- Provide clear guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and proactive culture.

What You Will Bring:

- Proven experience in a leadership role within a production or manufacturing environment.

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- A proactive and motivational approach to team management.

- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience from Automotive or Aerospace would be advantagoues.
