Position: GRP Polisher (Permanent)

Pay: £12.90/hr (temp) → £13.60/hr (perm)

Hours:

Mon–Thu 07:30–16:00 | Fri 07:30–13:00

About the Role:

Looking for a skilled GRP Polisher to join a busy production team in Coventry. This temp-to-perm role is perfect for someone with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality finishes. You’ll work on a variety of composite products, ensuring they’re polished to perfection and ready for delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Polishing GRP components to a high standard
Inspecting surfaces for quality and consistency
Working with sanding, polishing, and finishing tools
Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
Collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines

What You’ll Need:

Previous experience polishing GRP or similar materials
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time hours
