Shift:

- continental shift, working 7 shifts over a 14 day period

Salary: £32,613.12

Due to internal promotion Becketts Foods are recruiting a line leader for our despatch department.

The role is working in a chilled environment, you will ensure accurate and efficient line performance through the team, with compliance to both foods safety and Health & Safety

• Paperwork compliance
• Ensuring all orders are picked, packed and despatched accurately and on time
• Meet KPI targets
• Adhere to labour plan
• Reporting of all issues/errors quickly and efficiently
• Health and Safety compliance
• Food safety compliance

• Knowledge of a production line is essential
• Food Safety Level 2 desirable
• Experience of managing a small team
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures.
• An understanding of Microsoft packages, including Excel.
