Pay: £12.90/hr (temp) → £13.60/hr (perm)

Mon-Thu 07:30-16:00 | Fri 07:30-13:00

Looking for a skilled GRP Polisher to join a busy production team in Coventry. This temp-to-perm role is perfect for someone with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality finishes. You'll work on a variety of composite products, ensuring they're polished to perfection and ready for delivery.

• Polishing GRP components to a high standard
• Inspecting surfaces for quality and consistency
• Working with sanding, polishing, and finishing tools
• Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
• Collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines

• Previous experience polishing GRP or similar materials
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time hours
