Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm | Friday 8:00am - 1:30pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electronic Assembly Operative to join our client, based in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong electronics background who enjoys hands‑on assembly work in a structured and quality‑driven environment.

• Building sub‑assemblies to maintain stock levels for new build and service requirements
• Working from instruction manuals and works orders accurately and efficiently
• Soldering (through hole and surface mount)
• Wiring and small sub‑assembly builds
• Ensuring all work meets quality standards

• Previous experience in small sub‑assembly building
• Soldering experience (through hole and surface mount preferred)
• Electronics background
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow technical instructions and diagrams

• Competitive hourly rate
• Early finish every Friday
