Production Operative

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy and well-established manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role offering long-term opportunities within a fast-paced production setting.

Working Hours

Day

Shift: Monday to Friday

The Role

As a Production Operative, your duties may include:

* Operating and monitoring CNC and production machinery

* Loading materials into pre-set machines

* Cutting, assembling and preparing products to specification

* Fitting components and completing basic assembly tasks

* Monitoring machine cycles to ensure safe and accurate operation

* Quality checking finished goods

* Order picking and preparing goods for despatch

* Labelling, wrapping, banding and palletising products

* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

This is a physically active role involving manual handling and working on your feet.

What We’re Looking For

* Previous manufacturing / production experience desirable

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Good attention to detail

* Strong team working skills

* Good basic numeracy and literacy

* Reliable with a strong work ethic
