CNC Miller Programmer

Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 OTE (£18.00 - £21.00 P/H) + Overtime + Shift Allowance + Half Day on Friday + Holidays + Company Benefits

Are you a CNC Miller Programmer looking for a role where you can programme, set and operate with real variety in a family‑run business with lots of Overtime to increase earnings?

This is a CNC Miller Programmer role within a family‑run precision engineering business, working on varied machining projects including bespoke components, jigs, fixtures and small‑to‑medium batch production. This opportunity suits someone confident in CNC milling who wants hands‑on programming responsibility, varied engineering work and a stable environment with consistent projects.

Role Overview
  • Programme, set and operate CNC milling machines
  • Manufacture precision components and bespoke parts
  • Work across varied engineering projects
Qualifications
  • CNC milling background with programming capability
  • Able to read and work from engineering drawings
  • Comfortable working to precision engineering standards
