£22.00 – £26.00 per hour (Including shift allowance) + overtime rates

The CNC Miller vacancy is a hands‑on CNC role for an experienced machinist who enjoys technical, low‑volume/high‑value work.

• Set and operate CNC Milling machines including 3, 4 & 5 Axis Machines, ideally Mazak.
• You will be working with Fanuc and Heidenhain control systems.
• Work from engineering drawings to tight tolerances.
• Inspect your own work using precision measuring equipment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and quality standards.
• Work as part of a skilled, supportive shopfloor team.

• Proven experience as a CNC Miller within a precision manufacturing business.
• Experience with Fanuc/Heidenhain controls.
• Experience machining large components (MNB Precision has anything up to 8 metres in length x 800mm diameter).
• Experience working with exotic materials including Inconel or Duplex.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings as well as GD&T symbols.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality.
• A reliable, team‑focused approach is required for the CNC Miller role.
