Job Title: 5 Axis Laser Operator
Location: Coventry
Pay: £14.50 – £15.00 per hour (DOE)
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Mon–Thu 6:00am–2:30pm, Fri 6:00am–11:00am
The RoleYou’ll operate 5-axis laser cutting machinery to produce components accurately and efficiently, working to engineering drawings and customer specifications.
Key Duties- Operate 5-axis laser cutting machinery
- Work to production schedules and drawing tolerances
- Read and interpret engineering drawings
- Carry out quality checks and basic adjustments
- Follow SOPs and maintain a clean, safe work area
- Report faults, quality issues, or safety concerns
- Proven experience operating 5-axis laser cutting machinery (essential)
- Strong drawing interpretation and attention to detail
- Manufacturing/fabrication background
- Prima Power experience beneficial
