• Monday – Thursday: 14:30 – 00:15
• Friday: 12:30 – 17:00

We are supporting a leading Coventry-based precision engineering manufacturer to recruit permanent CNC Miller Setters / Operators to join their backshift team. These are stable, long‑term positions within a busy manufacturing environment, working on high‑quality precision components using modern CNC milling equipment. Candidates will be responsible for setting and operating CNC milling machines, ensuring efficient production and maintaining high quality standards.

• Set and operate CNC milling machines on backshift
• Work from engineering drawings and tight tolerances
• Carry out in-process inspection to ensure quality standards are met
• Load, run, and make basic adjustments to programs where required
• Ensure machines are running efficiently and safely
• Support production output and quality targets

• Proven experience as a CNC Miller Setter and/or Operator
• Strong working knowledge of Fanuc controls
• Experience with Matsuura CNC machines
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• High attention to detail and quality focus

• Experienced CNC machinists seeking a permanent role
• Reliable and self‑sufficient operators
