MIG Welder Required  Weekly Pay    Quest Employment are currently recruiting for an experienced  MIG Welder  to join a busy and growing business based in  Coventry, CV7 , working within a  farm-based environment .
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled welder looking for immediate start work. You will be working on the fabrication and repair of agricultural frames, jigs and metal components in a hands-on workshop setting.

The Role    As a MIG Welder, your duties may include:
MIG welding steel frames, jigs and agricultural equipment
Fabricating and repairing bespoke metal components to a high standard
Reading and working from engineering drawings where required
Preparing materials for welding and fabrication
Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
Inspecting completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
Carrying out general workshop duties as required
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
Following all Health & Safety procedures while working in a farm-based workshop
Key Skills and Experience    We are looking for candidates who are:
Experienced in MIG welding
Confident welding and fabricating steel frames and jigs
Comfortable working in a farm or agricultural workshop environment
Able to use a variety of hand and power tools
Reliable, hardworking and punctual
Able to work independently and as part of a small team
Quality focused with excellent attention to detail
Committed to maintaining high Health & Safety standards
Previous experience within agricultural engineering, fabrication, manufacturing or a similar engineering environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
