The work is long term and can lead to a permanent contract after a qualifying period.
To manufacture, repair, modify and assemble metal components and structures using welding and fabrication techniques while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and productivity
Details of a Fabricator Welder in Coventry:
Monday to Friday
8am till 4pm Monday to Thursday
8am till 2pm Friday
38 hours per week
£21.12 per hour
Overtime available
Must be flexi to support business needs

Must have previous experience and certification / qualification As a Fabricator Welder, you would be required to:
Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and work instructions.
Fabricate, assemble and weld components to required standards.
Operate fabrication equipment including saws, drills, grinders, presses and welding equipment.
Carry out MIG, TIG and Arc welding as required.
Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
Perform basic maintenance and care of welding and fabrication equipment.
Follow health, safety and environmental procedures at all times.
Support continuous improvement and TPM activities.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Work collaboratively with production, maintenance and engineering teams.
Role of a Fabricator Welder in Coventry:
Strong welding and fabrication skills.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Good problem-solving and fault-finding ability.
Attention to detail and quality standards.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage workload.
Knowledge of MIG, TIG and Arc welding processes
Understanding of fabrication techniques and metal properties.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations relating to welding and fabrication.
Understanding of quality inspection methods and measuring equipment.
Awareness of TPM and continuous improvement principles.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production environments
