Reach Truck Operator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Reach Truck Operator to join our Warehouse team based in Coventry.

Duties will specifically cover the following areas:

• Picking sales orders accurately ensuring hourly picking targets are met
• Carry out replenishment and put‑away of goods as part of daily tasks
• Use of barcode scanning handheld devices to record pickings and bin movements
• Assisting with additional dispatch, goods in and loading tasks
• Notifying supervisor or management of any errors or stock discrepancies
• Housekeeping duties as per rota

Shift pattern: 10:00pm–06:00am Sunday–Thursday (non-rotating).

• Experienced reach truck operator
• Physically fit
• Self-disciplined
• Numerate and literate
• Good communication skills
• Have a great eye for detail

• Holidays: 22 days per year rising by one per year to 25, including an option to buy or sell a maximum of 3 days, plus statutory holidays.
• Sunday–Thursday 10:00pm–6:00am (non rotating)
