Zest Recruitment partners with a well-established West Midlands food manufacturer to recruit a Specification Technologist. You will manage product specifications, packaging details and regulatory compliance to ensure all products leaving site are safe and market-ready.
With at least 1 year in food manufacturing, you will bring strong attention to detail, solid English communication and numerical ability, plus a degree in Food Science, Nutrition or related science.
