CNC Miller/Programmer (Hurco)

Salary: £19 - £23 per hour, with company benefits, overtime payable, and an early Friday finish.

Are you a CNC Miller/Programmer looking for a stable local role within a well‑established manufacturer offering excellent work‑life balance through an early Friday finish and overtime to increase earnings?

Since the early 2000s, this company has manufactured precision‑engineered components for industries including motor sport and pharmaceuticals. Due to continued growth, they are strengthening their manufacturing team.

In this days‑based role you will programme, set and operate a range of 3‑ to 5‑axis CNC milling machines using Hurco controls. Working from job cards and engineering drawings, you will help plan workloads and priorities while continuing to develop your programming and machining skills.

• Programme, set and operate 3‑ to 5‑axis CNC milling machines using Hurco controls
• Interpret engineering drawings and job specifications
• Work schedule:
  
  Monday‑Thursday 7am–4pm / Friday 7am–12pm (optional overtime)

• CNC Miller / Programmer or equivalent
• Experience with Hurco controls
• Able to commute to Coventry
