Assembly Production Supervisor
Location: Coventry CV6
Schedule: Monday – Friday 06:00 – 14:15
Rate: £19.50p/hr
Employment type: Permanent Full Time
We are looking for an experienced production supervisor who knows their way around the assembly world to join a well-established, down to earth engineering company.
Responsibilities- Attend production meetings
- Ensure production targets & KPI's are achieved
- Resolve issues/problems as they happen
- Conduct employee return to work meetings
- Flexibility required, including hands‑on work from time to time
- Previous supervisor experience in a production/manufacturing environment
- Experience running an assembly cell is advantageous
- Clear communication skills
- Strong people management skills
- £19.50p/hr (39 hrs paid per week)
