Are you an experienced Material Planner
? Have you worked in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment? If so, our client, a renown automotive manufacturer, is recruiting for a Material Planner for their site in Coventry
. The role will involve ensuring the timely order and expedition of material requirements and building strong working relationships with suppliers.
Permanent. Salary dependent on experience. Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 16:45, Friday 08:00 – 15:00. Coventry.
Job Description- Ensure materials are expedited in a timely manner
- Build strong working relationship with your supplier base
- Support the management of materials for new project introductions
- Analyse stock and demand data with a view to optimising inventory
- Complete and maintain accurate, timely documentation and records as required by the business
- Experience in a relevant role within a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
- Experience of working with supply chain.
- 27 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
- Matched + 1% pension, up to 7%
- 6 days per month remote working options
