We are looking for an experienced production supervisor who is well‑versed in the assembly world to join a well‑established, down‑to‑earth engineering company.

• Attend production meetings
• Ensure production targets and KPI’s are achieved
• Resolve issues/problems as they arise
• Conduct employee return‑to‑work meetings

Flexibility is needed for this role and will involve hands‑on work from time to time.

• Previous supervisor experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Experience running an assembly cell is advantageous
• Clear communication skills
• Strong people‑management skills

• £19.50p/hr (39 hours paid per week)
