The Job People are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join a busy manufacturing site in Coventry. You will lead fabrication operators, manage safety and quality standards, and oversee production operations to keep people and materials in the right place at the right time.
Shifts are Monday to Friday, 16:00–00:00 with occasional earlier/later starts. The pay is £16.92 per hour plus a shift allowance up to £22.50 per hour, with overtime paid after 37.5 hours.
