Zest Recruitment, partnering with a well-established food manufacturer in the West Midlands, seeks a Specification Technologist to own specifications, labelling, and regulatory compliance. You will ensure every product leaving site is safe and market-ready under the guidance of the Technical Manager.
Responsibilities include maintaining customer specifications, reviewing packaging artwork, and developing SOPs for artwork. A degree in Food Science is advantageous; sponsorship is not available.
