Summary
We Are Looking For a Team Leader with good organisational skills in a busy Press Shop environment,
with excellent communication and apositive, proactive attitude.you will be Responsible for leading a small team of production operators as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the area, processes, and systems. Flexibility to respond and display with hands-on ability, FLT licence is essential.
- Supervise and manage, oversee daily operations of the team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively and targets are met in line with Quality and H&S standards.
- Develop the team, build confidence ensuring strong credibility of your area and driver continuous improvement on the shop floor.
- Driving Forklift Truck when required to meet production targets, with a hands-on proactive approach.
- Ensure the companys requirements on housekeeping are met.
- Hold briefings with team members as required.
- Use maintenance system to identify tools or assets that require repair or refurbishment.
