Johnson Controls Frome is a high-pressure diecasting foundry manufacturing sprinkler frames for the global market. A Manufacturing Operative is required to join a continental shift pattern in a hands-on role where safety, quality and teamwork are essential.
You will work as part of a shift team to manufacture components, operate machinery safely, perform quality checks, and help reduce downtime while maintaining workplace organisation.
